VITAL 10

VITAL 10 is a warming botanical drink powder made from 10 carefully chosen plant ingredients selected for their complementary roles in supporting digestion, joint comfort and a healthy inflammatory response.
 
What makes this blend especially important to me is its freshness. The tulsi is grown, dried and ground here at Happy Hollows, while the ginger is freshly dried and ground, and the Ceylon cinnamon, fennel seeds and black pepper are ground from whole organic spices rather than purchased as old pre-ground powders.
 
That matters because plants begin to change as soon as they are harvested and processed. Aromatic compounds, volatile oils and other plant constituents can diminish with time, grinding and storage. By working with freshly dried plants and freshly ground spices wherever we can, we are able to keep the blend much closer to the original plant — fresher in aroma, flavour and botanical character.
 
The formula combines turmeric, beetroot, cacao, tulsi, ginger, Ceylon cinnamon, fennel, matcha, black pepper and gotu kola. Rather than relying on one “hero” ingredient, VITAL 10 brings together plants with complementary traditional uses in one concentrated daily blend.
 
The flavour is warm, earthy and divinely spiced. Enjoy it with hot water, fresh lemon and honey, or stir it into warm oat milk or the milk of your choice for a comforting evening drink.
