Are your products organic?

Our farm uses natural growing methods, without synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers. While we do not have formal organic certification, we maintain high standards for quality, care, and ingredient integrity.

How long do products last?

Most of our products have a shelf life of 1–2 years when stored in a cool, dark place. Tinctures and extracts may last longer due to their alcohol content.

Are your tinctures, glycerites, and teas safe to use?

Our herbal wellness products are made with plants that are generally considered gentle and traditionally used. As an accredited community herbalist, I formulate with care and choose botanicals thoughtfully. However, herbs can still interact with medications or may not be appropriate for everyone. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or managing a medical condition, please speak with your healthcare provider before using herbal products.

What is your background in skincare formulation?

My skincare work is supported by years of scientific experience, advanced training in natural skincare formulation, and ongoing education in cosmetic formulation, botanical ingredients, and skin-focused product development.

Do you offer international shipping?

No. At this time, we ship within Canada.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Yes — our products are crafted with carefully selected natural ingredients and are designed to be exceptionally gentle. I personally have very sensitive skin and react to many conventional products, including soaps, shampoos, and laundry detergents, which is what first inspired me to begin creating my own skincare.

That said, every person’s skin is unique. If you have sensitivities or allergies, I recommend requesting a sample and performing a patch test before full use to ensure the product is a good fit for your skin.
