Traditionally used to regulate the menstrual cycle and support hormonal balance. This herb has also shown be extremely useful to relieve nervousness and associated heart palpitations as well as rapid heart rate.
Suggested Usage
2-3 ml, 2-3x daily
Precautions
Should not be used during pregnancy , if you have heavy bleeding at menstruation or if you have a history of breast cancer. Nor if nursing or if you have kidney or liver disease. Not to be combined with heart medications.
